Read the full composition
A listing may name one fibre or a blend. “Wool / Polyamide” is a blend, not a promise of pure wool. Check the product details rather than relying on the collection name. Ask us if you need a percentage breakdown that is not listed.
Wool and natural fibres
Our catalogue includes wool, jute and hemp, alongside mixed-fibre designs. Their appearance and care requirements vary by construction. Compare the close-up photographs and the stated pile height before deciding.
Synthetic fibres and blends
Polypropylene and polyester appear in several ranges. Fibre content alone does not confirm stain resistance, outdoor use or suitability for underfloor heating. Ask about the individual product if one of those features matters to you.
Pile and construction
Pile height is stated in millimetres in this collection. Check it against nearby doors and furniture. Machine-woven, hand-woven and hand-tufted are construction descriptions; use the specification for the selected rug rather than assuming a method from its pattern.
Washable does not mean any wash will do
Follow the manufacturer’s care label for temperature, cycle and drying. Check both the rug size and your washing machine’s capacity. A large rug may need a different cleaning arrangement even within a washable range.
